Samsung silently confirmed the existence of a Galaxy A5 (2018)

Another Galaxy A series of Samsung has been leaked online. The existence of the new Galaxy A5 was silently confirmed by Samsung via a support page available on its Official South Korean website.

Samsung is preparing to launch the Galaxy A5 (2018) and Galaxy A7 (2018), meanwhile, some of their specifications have been seen online which we are gonna be discussing today.

Since the bringing of Galaxy Alpha in 2014, Samsung has been launching multiple Galaxy A smartphone models every year and until today, the story continues.

The existence of the new Galaxy A5 was silently confirmed by Samsung via a support page available on its Official South Korean website. On the support page, it added a new version of the Galaxy Alpha model- Samsung SM-A530.

This version is yet unannounced, though everyone believes it will be called the Galaxy A5 (2018) because the previous members of Galaxy Alpha model have similar model numbers- the Galaxy A5 (2017) model number is SM-A520, SM-A510 (A5 2016), and SM-A500 (original A5).

Though, nothing has been revealed about the smartphone on the website. However, rumours have it that the Galaxy A5 (2018) is expected to feature a 5.5-inch screen display with a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels, 18.5:9 aspect ratio Infinity Display on the front, with pretty tin bezels.
Yes, Samsung Galaxy A (2018 edition) smartphone models will feature the Infinity Display, though the Galaxy A5 (2018) may not be curved, perhaps Samsung is preserving that for a high-end model. On the Galaxy A5 (2018), the fingerprint is better positioned on the back, though it's still a little close to the camera.

Both the Galaxy A5 (2018) and Galaxy A7 (2018) sports a 16MP primary (rear) and secondary (selfie) cameras. Their primary cameras feature a f/1.8 aperture, autofocus, LED flash, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR.

The Galaxy A5 (2018) is expected to run on Android 8.0 Oreo OS and be powered by a mid-range Samsung Exynos 7885, as well as 4GB RAM for better performance.
This should be the same for the Galaxy A7 (2018) except the presence of 6GB RAM it is rumoured to have.

The Galaxy A (2018) series may likely be officially unveiled in the first month of 2018.
