DISPLAY AND DESIGN
Something’s changed about Huawei Smartphones design, say goodbye to all-metal body build. All Huawei Mate 10 series are built with an all-glass construction giving them more classic look. Thanks to Huawei for introducing better display tech into its flagship Mate 10 series.

The Mate 10 Pro and 10 Porsche Design smartphones are built with 6-inch (~80.9% screen-to-body ratio) AMOLED display having 18:9 aspect ratios. Their resolutions are 2160 x 1080 (density of 402ppi) alongside 154.2 x 74.5 x 7.9 mm (6.07 x 2.93 x 0.31 in) dimensions, much bigger than the Mate 10.

One of the uniqueness of these two mates 10 series (Huawei Mate 10 Pro & 10 Porsche Design) is the presence of IP67 certification, which means both devices are dust and water resistant (water resistant up to 1 meter and 30 minutes). This is one of the features you can't find in Huawei Mate 10 except this Pro and Porsche Design versions.

Sad as it may seem, Huawei Mate 10 Pro & Porsche Design forgo 3.5mm Headphone Jack for USB-C headphone adapter incl., leaving only Huawei Mate 10 to feature the headphone jack

OS & PROCESSOR
Just like the Mate 10, its Pro and PD versions were made to run on the latest Android 8.0 Oreo as well as the all-new EMUI 8.

Huawei’s new Neural Processing Unit (NPU), the Kirin 970 chipset, is also included in the Mate 10 Pro and Porsche Design as well as an Octa-core (4x2.4 GHz Cortex-A73 & 4x1.8 GHz Cortex-A53) CPU and Mali-G72 MP12 GPU.

Kirin 970 Chipset working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) is really a nice feature. There's a lot you can do with this AI.

CAMERA
All Mate 10 devices come with the same camera quality, 20MP+12MP dual-camera on the back with Leica configuration, both rear cameras feature f/1.6 aperture, 2x loseless zoom, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) to enable you to capture high-quality images. The cameras are capable of shooting video at 2160p@30fps and 1080p@30/60fps.

The Artificial Intelligence does more task on the camera aspect, I recommend you read up features of Huawei Mate 10, all you need to know about AI has been discussed in the post.

At the front of both devices, is an 8 MP secondary camera featuring f/2.0 aperture. Selfie lovers should love this. With it, you can perform high-quality video call as well as shoot high-quality photos.

MEMORY
The Mate 10 Pro and Mate 10 Porsche Design have much bigger RAM size than that of the Mate 10. Both devices are being maintained by a whopping 6GB RAM. With such RAM running on these devices, you should be able to save up to hundreds of thousands of files on the device's internal storage carrying a space of 256GB. Both smartphones do not support MicroSD card as Huawei thinks the internal storage is just sufficient for use.
